Our sorbettos and gelatos are handcrafted using imported, small batch, specialized Italian equipment, and never mass-produced. Using authentic recipes and Italian flavors, our methods follow the artisinal approach of Florentine gelato masters. Roba!Dolce™ in Italian means "sweet stuff." At Roba!Dolce™ we are committed to helping make the lives of children "sweeter." A portion of our proceeds from wholesale products are happily donated to the Make a Wish Foundation of RI. The Make a Wish Foundation grants wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions.
